制造鈑金零件的第一步是沖出任何內(nèi)部的孔洞，形狀和擠壓件，并將平坦部分從板材上切下，在這個(gè)階段的精確度尤其重要，因?yàn)樗_保了成品的質(zhì)量。沖壓/CNC部門的核心在于四個(gè)最先進(jìn)的機(jī)器以及4000瓦的CO2激光器，EM2510能夠沖壓出形狀，并在1/8厚的鋼板上打造特殊形狀。此外，可以用1500瓦的激光器或者用4000瓦激光器高達(dá)1厚的鋼激光切割1/4厚的鋼，幾乎所有的數(shù)控設(shè)備都可以自動(dòng)加載和卸載自己的材料，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)高效，免操作，熄燈的操作。

In addition, 1/4 thickness steel can be cut with a 1500-watt laser or a steel laser up to 1/4 thickness with a 4000-watt laser. Almost all numerical control equipment can automatically load and unload their own materials, thus achieving high efficiency, no-operation, lights-out operation.
如果鈑金零件需要焊接，則PMF不僅能滿足該需求，需要配備2個(gè)點(diǎn)焊站，同時(shí)還聘請(qǐng)了具有MIG和TIG焊接經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳統(tǒng)焊工；此外，為了降低焊接大批量訂單的成本，利用機(jī)器人焊機(jī)，能夠精確焊接長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行。
